What does Pathfinder Sports Management cost?
Pathfinder is $599 per year plus a one-time $299 onboarding fee. Registration and sponsorship payments carry a per-transaction processing fee of 3.5% + $0.75, which you can choose to absorb or pass through to the payer. There's no cost to browse or set up your organization before you're ready to open registration.
Is Pathfinder Sports Management based in Foley, AL?
Pathfinder is a cloud-based platform used by youth sports organizations across the country, including leagues, recreation departments, and club programs throughout Foley, AL and Baldwin County. There's nothing to install — your board manages everything from a web browser.
Can we use our own domain name for our league website?

Yes. Waivers are versioned, so editing your waiver text later never rewrites what a guardian already signed — each signature is permanently tied to the exact wording they agreed to, along with a timestamp.
Can coaches and volunteers have limited access?
Yes. Coaches and assistant coaches only see their own team's roster. A merch manager role can run the store without touching registrations or payments. Owners and association admins control who has which role.
Can we sell team merchandise through the platform?
